What a great year it has been at the Community Garden! Our amazing Food Forest is already well established and has become an integral part of the garden.

We have many community members bringing their kitchen scraps to our Brisbane City Council Community Composting Hub, adding to the materials we use to produce wonderful compost for the garden.

Our Educational Events program was once again successful with over 200 people attending 16 workshops. We have an exciting program planned for 2018, including some new workshops - see our Events page for details.

Our new Under 5s Gardening Time is proving very popular.

And as a backdrop to all of this the garden continues to flourish, producing bountiful and healthy organic veges and providing a wonderful environment for us all.
